Sony released its lasted Play Station game console at the end of 2011. Play Station Vita, aka PS Vita is the most advanced portable gaming system right now. It is packing with a sparking 5 inches touchscreen OLED display. It allows user to download games over the PlayStation Network. As a handheld device of console-level gaming, PS Vita is bound to own its drawbacks when it comes to video playback.PS Vita delivers amazing visuals whether playing games or watching movies. Even though the gadget gets so many shining points, it still only supports limited video formats. I am afraid this issue would last somehow. So, we user has to figure out another way to make full use of PS Vita to enjoy movies.
Below part will show you how to convert high quality Blu ray file to PS Vita:
Step1. Import Blu ray content to Blu ray to PS Vita converter
Launch Blu ray to PS Vita converter, click “Load BD” to import Blu ray movies to the program. You can preview the imported files by double clicking it.
Step2. Set the output format
In the drop down box of “Profile”, we need to choose a suitable format to be the output format. As PS Vita can support MPEG-4 Simple Profile (AAC). H.264/MPEG-4 AVC Hi/Main/Baseline Profile (AAC), we just need to choose one in “Profile” among these supported formats.

Step3. Settings
To make exact parameters, you can click “Settings” button to set the parameters such as video and audio codec, video size which needs setting as 960*544, bit rate, frame rate, etc.
Step4. Rip Blu ray to PS Vita
Then revisit the home interface and click “Convert” to start to rip Blu ray to PS Vita. After conversion, click “Open” to get the ripped Blu ray files and transfer to PS Vita for enjoyment.
Step2. After loaded the DVD files, click the “+” button to unfold all source in the DVD files.
Step3. Click the disc label to select the whole movie. When the movie is chose, you are able to edit DVD files by clicking “Edit Disc” button; you can select “lossless” from the drop down box of “Format” and click “OK” for confirmation.
Step4. Revisit the home interface and click “MKV” button to start to rip DVD to MKV conversion. When the DVD to MKV conversion is finished, click “Open” to get the MKV files.
3- Output settings. Click “Profile” to choose target format. There are several profiles for DPG conversion in the program. Choose one that matches with your Nintendo player.
For more advanced settings, please click setting button just beside profile. Some general settings regarding audio and video are adjustable. Please be careful, any changes may make output incompatible with your NDS.
